Where & When?...
The boot camps take place over a 4 week block, training is twice a week, always in a convenient location with free parking. The boot camps are usually run in parks, so that if childcare is an issue, the children are always welcome to come and join in. Payment includes training twice a week, a full nutritional plan and a fully supportive interactive social support website. The cost for this package is only £75 for the 4 weeks.

We do not focus on isolating individual muscles and drag classes out into epic endurance workouts.
We have designed CAMBRIDGE OUT-FIT BOOT CAMPS to do just the opposite by using every muscle in every exercise. If you work all 600 muscles in every workout and even in every exercise, you'll burn far more calories and lose far more fat.

So who are we? Cambridge Out-Fit Boot Camps was set up by BELLA Magazine Nutritionist and Personal Trainer Charlie Wall.
Rather than dazzle you with credentials and titles behind our names, I'll tell you that myself and my team are all one on one personal trainers all on the front line training clients to get the fastest fat loss results in Cambridge.
Cambridge Out-Fit Boot Camps is fast becoming the go to personal coaching company in Cambridge, with a unique system of coaching that focuses on the "Personal" part of personal training. Our "Unique Fundamentals" are the underlying principles of making massive changes to our clients lives, with Goal Achievement, Nutritional Responsibility, Lifestyle Adaptation as well as tailored training programs to suit each individual client.

Normally our instructors all charge £45 per session for our one to one personal training. Four weeks worth of coaching and training, 3 days per week would cost you £540 for four weeks...
