Hi, I'm Lou
Owner of Cambridge Bootcamps
Along with my team of instructors I am passionate about making exercise fun, varied and accessible to everyone, no matter your fitness level or mobility limitations. Apart from the obvious physical health benefits, our friendly and supportive community also provides a boost to both mental and social wellbeing. Our sessions always have a cheerful team vibe and we meet for regular socials.


Bootcamp
These are our higher-paced strength, core and cardio workouts.
We use a wide range of fitness equipment and train on a mix of Astroturf, tennis courts and grass. There are plenty of options to choose from with 16 sessions across the week. Every session is different and all our instructors are fully qualified to help you on your fitness journey. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete we'll help you gain the motivation and knowledge you need to hit your personal goals.

Walking Bootcamp
Lower Intensity Workouts
We focus on strength, balance and mobility using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, boxing pads and resistance bands, with plenty of walking in between. Our experienced instructors will always demonstrate alternative ways to move if an exercise is unsuitable or uncomfortable. These sessions are perfect for those with joint niggles, anyone new or returning to exercise and those struggling with symptoms of menopause.

Online Strength & Balance
Easy to book online zoom classes
Future-proof your body from the comfort of your own home with our 40-minute live online classes. We focus on strength, balance and mobility through low-impact movements. All you need is a chair without arms, a pair of weights (or two full water bottles or tins of food if you don't have any dumbbells) and a little space to move around. With weighted, unweighted, standing and seated options for every exercise you can tailor your own workout AND your first session is FREE!
